Camp Aqua 2023
With over 300 species and 1,000 animals, guests can get up close and personal with sharks, seahorses, turtles, eels and many other amazing sea creatures and reptiles. Guests are able to hand-feed the stingrays, touch the moon jellies, sea stars, anemones and more, and learn all about how these amazing animals adapt and survive in their environment.
Our mission is to create thoughtful, impactful and sometimes unexpected interactions and experiences that inspire the protection of the aquatic world both close to home and far away.
Our friendly staff are always on the floor, helping guests get the most of their visit and we firmly believe in accessibility for all. Our goal is to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where everyone's unique differences are accepted, respected, valued and appreciated. Are you seeking a church home for your family? At Grand Cane Baptist Church, located at 1008 5th Street in Grand Cane Louisiana, you will find Bible Study classes for all ages, children’s church, and a nursery with caring volunteers. Sunday activities include Sunday school at 10:00AM, worship and preaching at 11:00AM with children’s church meeting concurrently during preaching. Men’s breakfast and devotional meets the 2nd Sunday of every month 8:00AM to encourage fellowship and ministry projects among the men in our church. Wednesday activities include a home-cooked fellowship meal at 5:30PM and Bible study for all ages at 6:30PM. Wednesdays often include seasonal women’s Bible studies covering different areas of interest.
Our staff are committed to preaching relevant messages directly from God’s word.
