We are thankful for your attendance at the 26th Annual Natchitoches Jazz/R&B Festival and want to help make your festival experience a great one.
NO PERSONAL CHAIRS WILL BE ALLOWED ON FESTIVAL GROUNDS. THERE WILL BE NO CHAIRS IN FRONT OF OR ADJACENT TO THE MAIN STAGE EXCEPT IN THE VIP AREA AND HANDICAPPED SEATING AT THE TOP OF THE HILL.
There is an amphitheater directly in front of the Main Stage and the festival is providing ample additional seating in the VIP area adjacent to the stage and in the areas in front of the two side stages.
The reason for these restrictions is due to the size and configuration of the venue. We have experimented over the festival's 25 years with different chair policies and we have found that this policy is the one that works best for all attendees.
We apologize for any inconvenience or consternation this may cause, but again, we've found this policy works the best and allows more people to attend and enjoy the festival.

There will be great music on ALL the stages! That is the best way to enjoy the full festival experience! We encourage people to visit the other stages where they can sit comfortably in the chairs provided by the festival from time to time and then return to the Main Stage if that’s what they want to do. We will have seat cushions for sale inside the gift shop.
VIP SEATS
You may want to consider purchasing VIP tickets. Seating will be available in the shaded area to the side of the main stage, including a private bathroom and access to a full bar. They are ON SALE now, with limited availability. They are going FAST so get yours today. You are also free to use your personal chairs in the VIP area, as space permits.

FOOD AND DRINK
The Board has decided that no outside food or drink will be allowed in the festival with the exception of a limited amount that will be allowed for our sponsors in their tailgate areas. We will have food, beer, and alcohol vendors located in multiple areas for easy access.
ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY AND VETERANS
Active Duty Military and their immediate families (spouse & children) are admitted free of charge and will, of course, need to be prepared to show an ID but there are no Veterans discounts.
EARLY BIRD TICKETS
There are Early Bird discounts available right now through midnight on March 31st. After that date, there will be no discounts.

Who
All ages are welcome to come to this event, with special prices for active duty and college students. Due to the nature of this event with live performances, it might not be suitable for those more startled by loud noises or individuals with special needs. This is not marketed as a sensory-friendly event. Alcohol will be served, with beer trucks, and VIP ticket purchasers given access to the to the bar- however, this is considered at family-friendly event- so bring the entire family and enjoy some food and amazing performances!
