That's right! Maybe your a parent looking to promote your child's soccer game or maybe you're an organization putting on a local fundraiser. However you plan on celebrating your event, it is always free to submit your low-cost or free family-friendly events to Macaroni KID Mansfield, LA!
All events are reviewed by the editor and publisher and Macaroni KID Mansfield has final say on whether the event gets approved for the Events Calendar.
With the new update on our event categories by our amazing Macaroni KID HQ Team, we do accept kid-free and/or adult aimed events!
Our CEO Jamie Ratner specifically created CertifiKID, which acquired Macaroni KID in 2020, with families and parents in mind and we want to remain on brand as being a family-friendly resource, which means some events may still be denied if we don't find it suitable for the majority of our audience!

You can submit for festivals, parades, markets, ribbon cuttings, grand openings, town meetings, cook-outs, tournaments, contest, toddler time, story hours, k runs, live music, rehearsals, performances, auditions/try-outs, opening seasons for facilities such as pools, sports games, reenactments, pageants, classes, clubs, camps, seasonal happenings such as Easter egg Hunts and Christmas light shows, shopping sales, vendors, fundraisers, rodeos, horse shows, auctions, car shows, garage sales, and more!
My southern fellers, *All animal fights will be denied! Yes, even if you consider it a family-friendly event. Yes, even if your ten year old raised his chicken to fight. Let's keep it civil na, ya hear?

Okay, Okay! So How Do We Submit an Event?!
Alright! Let's get to the fun part!
There is a few ways this can be achieved!

If you aren't already a subscriber of Macaroni KID Mansfield, LA (which, between us, you should probably get on that!) then you'll likely land on the Macaroni KID Official Website when you search up Macaroni KID on Google!
Hit that gray "Change Your Town" tab.
(see the example image above for context!)
Once there, you'll click on the option to change your town and look for the state of Louisiana of course!
(psst, we are in the middle column!)
Open up the Louisiana menu to show all of the cities in our beautiful boot state that have Macaroni KID editions!
There you'll see Mansfield!

Now that we are acquainted, it's time to submit that exciting event!
Up first, we have, The Classic Method.
She's Simple, Cute, Classic.
Once you made it to our homepage, you'll see the blue tab bar at the top of the page with a set of menu items. You'll want to click on EVENTS. It's hanging out between the GUIDES and DIRECTORY options!

Awesome, let's move to the next step!

Once you're there it should be pretty easy to spot the blue tab button labeled appropriately!
It's right under the pink break-line that is under the same colored font title, Events!
Another way you can submit your event is through our Calendar Page!
I call this option, the OG Method, or the Original Method, because while I wasn't around when Macaroni KID was just a wee baby-site, I am a Software Engineer and I'm pretty sure this method was created first, with the "Classic Method" I listed prior, which to me, seems to be the more user-friendly option, was created second!
Now this one is a tiny bit harder to spot because it's not that bold blue you saw last time!
Below the Months tab, which is inside a pink border that stretches across the page, and above our actual calendar, you'll see a gray box. Inside the gray box are four interactive options!
First you have the Ages menu to filter events by age, the Categories menu to filter events based on the type of event, a Search Engine to Search for Events, and lastly, but surely not least, the blue submit button labeled affectionately, SUBMIT AN EVENT!

And the third way to submit your event is through the Link Method!
